Inspection
Inspections techniques for studying in vivo organisms relay on the object of study. The kind of the parameter could be chemical, morphological, behavioral, etc. Vision inspection techniques, such as microscopy and macroscopic, are used for measuring these parameters.

At the beginning the inspection techniques were done handly in a human way. Nowadays them can be automatized using several methods such as active vision, deep neural networks, fluorescence, 3D vision, hyperspectral… all of them for improving sensitivity perception and reducing errors. Some assays, like movement amount, are difficult to curry out by a laboratory technician, but it is easy for machines.
